please, direct non-consulting requests about openldap issues to the
openldap-software mailing list.

The mentioned files are part of the test suite: unpack the source tarball
and look at tests/data/slapd*.conf; when running tests (in this case
test007) the macros in the files are expanded into
tests/testrun/slapd.X.conf; for test007, X=1 relates to the master, and
X=2 to the slave.  As I previously said, they will exactly contain what is
explained in the admin guide.
