You could have your schemas shared over a NFS , that's could solve up your
problem and lead to another if you don't implement NFS correctly, or maybe
any kind of replication, like drdb or something like that , but imho it's a
too complex solution for such low requirements.

Turning off schema checking won't relieve the requirement
to have consistent and complete schema at all replicas, but
surely will lead to significant problems.
