sounds like you want a listserv that builds lists of emails based on an ldap user's attribute.

make a multivalued attribute, or borrow an existing one, and put your service affiliation values in that attribute for each person.  you need multivalued if people can belong to more than one service.

Why don't you create an objectclass that has a mutli-value attribute i.e
maillist, with all your mail addresses. Then get your mail client to look
that mailList up and populate your to: field or cc: or bcc: with all the
mail addresses associated with the multi-value attribute.

No, I don't think so !
I'm really looking for a way to configure my ldap server in order to
configure only one attribute for the "SERVICEA" level which would be able to
look (by itself) through the different levels and catch all the email
adresses he can find for this "SERVICEA"...
