Hmm, well, I'll keep experimenting - I'm going to try to add some logic to kill off the non-responding query, and retry it (before my second connection which is holding the paged result query) also takes a timeout.

If the (possible) memory leak continues at the rate it is now, I think I may be able to get through this database before I kill the machine... That is my hope anyway... I love finding new problems when deadlines loom :)
