My own RedHat (one long line):
daemon ${slapd} -u ldap -h '"ldap:/// ldaps:/// ldapi://%2Fusr%2Flocal%2Fvar%2Fslapd%2Fldapi/????x-mod=0777"' $OPTIONS $SLAPD_OPTIONS
