Solved slurpd issue

I finally tracked down the problem that I was having with an apparently
correctly configured slurpd server. Turns out that the log file to pass
the changes to slurpd did not have the correct permissions. I set them
to the correct user and group and it worked right off the bat. I'll have
to go back and check the logs to see if that was recorded and I missed
it or what.

Just thought I'd report back to provide completeness to the list
archives.
