i'm using openldap 2.1.29 with bdb-4.2.52,
the settings where set in my slapd.conf.
i'm testing with j-meter (java) so i dont need a ldap.conf in this case
because i would like to simulate a heavy load on my ldapserver to
measure the response time, i use 25 threads wich are looped 40 times
with searchfilter uid=*.
there are about 700 userentrys under the ou=people,dc=xxxx,dc=de subtree
which is the search base im this case.
the server stops responding after answering 242 times, the response time
is between 8 and 180 msec for each answer
after this (magical)number is reached the server stops responding, after
killing the test everything starts to work again.
