ADSI : Schema Discovery

I would like to issue a query with ADSI to discover the classes and
attributes supported by a specific OpenLDAP Server. My goal is to
provide a user interface to help build queries to the directory.

I don't know where to search and which combination of filters/attributes
to use to obtain the informations I need.
