You see, I madew my own set of mistakes; this

> access to dn.regex="^(.+,)?ou=.+,(dc=.+,?)+$"

should have actually been

access to dn.regex="^(.+,)?ou=.+,(dc=[^,]+)+$"

in any case far from

>>> access to dn="(.+,)?,ou=.+,(dc=.+,?)+$$"
