Debian? It works unbelievably well for me on RH RHEL3 AS with SASL
2.1.18 and BDB 4.2.52 and will be going onto production machines
together with pam_ldap 160 instead of RedHat's meager offering. There
are so many factors that could be influencing your result and you give
so few details, that ...
