Except possible the question of how to make such
changes in OpenLDAP, the question of what changes are
appropriate to existing schema elements is more
appropriately discussed on the general LDAP forum
such as <ldap@umich.edu>.

Since modifying existing schemas is ill-advised
(see X.501 and archives of various LDAP lists), I
won't bother to answer the "how" question.
