Can't bind LDAP-Password

Hello List!

I have got two admin-tools for my LDAP-Server. When i am trying to log in,
bothadmin-tools have problems to bind the password. But when i start a search
under the bash(for example: ldapsearch -x uid=admin) it works fine.
One of the rows i added looks like:
dn: uid=admin,o=RHG
objectClass: top
objectClass: person
objectClass: organizationalperson
objectClass: inetorgperson
objectClass: mailRecipient
objectClass: nsLicenseUser
sn: Administrator
uid: admin
creatorsName: cn=Directory Manager
userPassword: secret
cn: Administrator
mail: admin@rasselstein-hoesch.de
nsLicensedFor: mail
mailForwardingAddress: webmaster@rasselstein-hoesch.de
modifiersName: uid=admin,o=RHG

Do anyone have an idea, where my mistake is?
Any hint is helpful.
