TLS confidentiality required error

i keep getting this "TLS confidentiality required" error in my slapd log.... and i ahve no clue where the problem lies..is it my 
openldap config? or my pam config?

i asked the same question in the pamldap mailing list..but that mailing list seems "dead" as there are just no mail traffic coming out of it anymore...

heres a snip of my log....let me know which config file you want to see and i'll be more than happy to post it....i just dont want to clog your email box with the more useless infos...
