proxycache & filter with AND clause

Hi
I have following proxytemplate defined

proxyAttrset 0 mail
proxyAttrset 1 telephoneNumber
proxytemplate (&(cn=)(objectclass=)) 0 3600
proxytemplate (&(cn=)(objectclass=)) 1 3600

when searching for  (cn=*testuser)(objectclass=inetOrgPerson) mail, 
every repeated search is modifying the database, that is keys are 
deleted and replaced.
Is this normal behaviour or should I file an ITS?
