Thanks for your help,
I have downloaded client from http://www.iit.edu/~gawojar/ldap/.
I have unzipped it in a folder and started it by running "lbe.bat".
when i add new entry of person it gives an error
02:48:50 PM: Failed to add new entry cn=user1, dc=kalupurbank,dc=com
Root error: [LDAP: error code 21 - seeAlso: value #0 contains invalid data
Same thing is working if i add this entry through "ldapadd"

One more thing is that i am not getting all the fields like
mail,mobileno,....
