LDAP problem

I have just installed openldap-2.1.25 with Berkeley db-4.2.52. I get the
following error listed below whenever I try to add anything. I have looked
on the system for the file that LDAP says it cannot access dn2id.dbb and
cannot find that file. Where does the file get installed or create from?
