--enable-bdb is obviously understood.

--with-bdb-module=dynamic - instead --enable-dynamic

Indeed :) CD is another of my heroes. Without him, I'd never have begun
on IT at all. I was doing well enough in  the building world: bricks,
concrete and all ;)
