ldap_result: Can't contact LDAP server (81)

Hi,

I've got the following result when trying to test my
openldap-2.1.25 server configured with
cyrus-sasl-2.1.15 with DIGEST-MD5 mechanism.

[root@localhost openldap]# ldapsearch -U \
admin@localhost.localdomain -Y DIGEST-MD5
SASL/DIGEST-MD5 authentication started
Please enter your password:
SASL username: admin@localhost.localdomain
SASL SSF: 128
SASL installing layers

ldap_result: Can't contact LDAP server (81)

Can anybody help me how to solve it ?
Maybe I miss something in the slapd.conf or in the
ldapsearch's option....

Btw, I'm using RedHat Linux 9.0 (kernel 2.4.20-8)...
