can't start slapd: error loading ucdata (error -127)
Hi,
I'm trying to install openldap-2.1.25 on my RedHat
Linux 9.0 (kernel 2.4-20)
I have passed through the following procedures:
- ./configure --enable-ldbm
- make depend
- make
- make test
- su root c 'make install'
When I tried to start the server by executing slapd,
the following error occur:
# slapd -d 1
@(#) $OpenLDAP: slapd 2.1.25 (Feb 4 2004 07:10:48) $

slapd shutdown: freeing system resources.
slapd stopped.
connections_destroy: nothing to destroy.
[root@localhost openldap]#
When I ran slapd -t to check my slapd.conf, this is
what I got:
# slapd -t
config check failed
Does anybody know what happen ?
FYI, I use Berkeley DB 4.1.25 and I haven't used
TLS/SSL yet...
Here is the copy of my slapd.conf
