back-sql FAQ

I've just extended the back-sql FAQ entry.

Please test; report problems or errors thru the ITS.

I've also committed some changes to postgres
and mysql meta-data and example slapd.conf
that should contribute in clarifying the
meaning of the meta-data.  A white paper will
come: we're currently working (as an exercise)
at integrating back-sql in a service provisioning
system.
