Need help with 'No structuralObjectClass' from replica server

Hi All!

If I'm sending this to the wrong list, I'd be grateful for feedback as to 
an appropriate venue.  I have a problem I can't find out enough about to 
be able to solve. I have two 2.1.25 servers on AIX, a "master" and "slave" 
which are identically configured except for the rootdn and replication 
specific stanzas.  The master server is logging the changes and slurpd is 
sending them to the slave but adds are failing as shown below.
