I would like to remind/inform the list that OpenLDAP runs quite well and very
stable on Debian Linux(and this is coming from a long time RH supporter). We are
ditching RH in favor of Debian for various reasons. All initial testing with
Debian has gone swimmingly and I just want to voice my opinion that Debian is
a stable OpenLDAP platform (not to mention just as easy to administer as RH).
Cheers,

I too sent an e-mail to tonye@billy.demon.nl with the exact same question and my
message was rejected.
I know that this thread is starting to veer way off topic, but I'd like to have
this clarified.
