active directory on existing ldap server

hello.

i have an ldap server already setup and in production on my server that holds usersnames, passwords, and other user data.

i have an active directory server in my organization with passwords for those users.

we want to synchronize the active directory passwords with the ldap passwords.  basically, we want the active directory passwords to be the master passwords for each user.

what method do you recommend to accomplish this?
