Slapcat on Openldap-2.1.22
I compiled openldap 2.1.22 from the Rawhide srpm and am trying to upgrade my
2.0.27 databases.
I upgraded by: stopping my ldap server
slapcat -f /etc/openldap/slapd.conf -l /root/upgrade2.1.22
deleted all of the dbb files
upgraded the ldap server
ran slapadd -f /etc/openldap/slapd.conf -l /root/upgrade2.1.22
restarted the ldap server.
ldapsearch -x <basedn> returns no object found.
slapcat shows the basedn entry exists in the database
if I do an ldapadd for the basedn I get Internal (implementation specific)
error (80)
I also deleted the databases and did an ldapadd from an ldif from my
information. Exported the database with slapcat, deleted the databases, and
added the data again with slapadd and I get the same result even exporting
and importing to the same version of openldap.
Any ideas?
