Multiple CA.sh files

I tried to install version 2.1.22 from source and had some problems, and
everyone here helped me get the package from openit.org installed. Now,
I have several CA.sh files and I'm wondering which is the one I should
be using when creating certificates OR should it matter. Here is what
I'm finding:

[root@webtent openldap]# locate CA.sh
/usr/ssl/misc/CA.sh
/usr/share/ssl/misc/CA.sh
/lib/misc/CA.sh
[root@webtent openldap]# ls -la /lib/misc/CA.sh
/usr/share/ssl/misc/CA.sh /usr/ssl/misc/CA.sh
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root         3505 Nov 17  2002 /lib/misc/CA.sh
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root         3505 Dec  4  2002
/usr/share/ssl/misc/CA.sh
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root         3505 Nov 17  2002
/usr/ssl/misc/CA.sh

Looks like two are the same version. I hoping this may be at least part
of my problem getting TLS to work.
