Hey Sam! Did you get an answer to this? Well any case you didn't -
you'll find the files in [OpenLDAP_DIR]/var/openldap-data/
It would be wise to stop the slapd daemon before killing these files of
course...
Of course you can also dig this out of your slapd.conf file:
# The database directory MUST exist prior to running slapd AND
# should only be accessible by the slapd and slap tools.
# Mode 700 recommended.
directory /opt/openldap-bdb/var/openldap-data
