RE: core.schema: line 29: attribute type "2.5.18.1" is operational

Your slapd is not looking at the schema file you think it's looking at. There
is no OID 2.5.18.1 on line 29 of the 2.1.16 core.schema file. You probably
have an older file still lying around from a previous install.
