Hi!
if i add this to my config file:
disallow bind_simple_unprotected
slapd does not start and prints this to syslog:
Mar 31 14:36:58 blue slapd[7714]: /etc/ldap/slapd.conf: line 54: unknown
feature bind_simple_unprotected in "disallow <features>" line
Mar 31 14:36:58 blue slapd[7714]: slapd stopped.
is "bind_simple_unprotected" a valid option ?
man 5 slapd.conf:
--8<---------:- snip -:---------8<---------:- snip -:---------8<--
bind_simple_unprotected disables simple (bind) authentication when
confidentiality protection (e.g. TLS) is not in place.
--8<---------:- snip -:---------8<---------:- snip -:---------8<--
i'm running OpenLDAP 2.1.16 on debian
