Automount with LDAP

Hello all,

Please I am trying to configure autofs using openldap.  When I try to add
the nismapname container, I get this error message:

adding new entry "nisMapName=auto_master,dc=shell,dc=com"
ldap_add: No such object

Is there an object class I have failed to include, could anyone help please?

I am using openldap ver. 2.0.8 on Solaris 8 and authentication works just
fine.
