Shadow MD5 Crypt password support FIXED

Upon further investigation I found a message to the list from September 
of 2000 from Ben Collins that explains exactly what I was doing wrong. 

If you want to use shadow type MD5 passwords, just put them in and prepend
{CRYPT}, not {MD5}. This strikes me as the same logic flaw (in my head) that
took me soo long to find out that to generate these passwords in PHP you
use crypt();, not md5();.
