OpenLDAP on HP-UX

Hi there.

I´ve been having some problems with my OpenLDAP configuration under HP-UX
11.0.

I've installed OpenLDAP via swinstall with the depot file found at
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/. Now, here is the configuration file:

-----------------------------BEGIN SLAPD.CONF FILE--------------------

# $OpenLDAP: pkg/ldap/servers/slapd/slapd.conf,v 1.23 2002/02/02 05:23:12
kurt Exp $
#
# See slapd.conf(5) for details on configuration options.
# This file should NOT be world readable.
#
include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/core.schema
include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/cosine.schema
include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/inetorgperson.schema

# Define global ACLs to disable default read access.

# Do not enable referrals until AFTER you have a working directory
# service AND an understanding of referrals.
#referral ldap://root.openldap.org

pidfile /var/run/slapd.pid
argsfile /var/run/slapd.args

# Load dynamic backend modules:
# modulepath /usr/local/libexec/openldap
# moduleload back_ldap.la
# moduleload back_ldbm.la
# moduleload back_passwd.la
# moduleload back_shell.la

#
# Sample access control policy:
# Allow read access of root DSE
# Allow self write access
# Allow authenticated users read access
# Allow anonymous users to authenticate
# Directives needed to implement policy:
access to *
        by self write
        by * read
access to * by dn="cn=manager,o=MYENTERPRISE" write

#
# if no access controls are present, the default policy is:
# Allow read by all
#
# rootdn can always write!

#######################################################################
# ldbm database definitions
#######################################################################

database bdb
suffix "o=MYENTERPRISE"
rootdn "cn=manager,o=MYENTERPRISE"

# Cleartext passwords, especially for the rootdn, should
# be avoid. See slappasswd(8) and slapd.conf(5) for details.
# Use of strong authentication encouraged.
rootpw secret

# The database directory MUST exist prior to running slapd AND
# should only be accessible by the slapd/tools. Mode 700 recommended.
directory /var/openldap-data
# Indices to maintain
index objectClass eq
----------------------------END SLAPD.CONF FILE------------------------

The problem is that, when I try to connect to the tree using the root dn:
(cn=manager,o=MYENTERPRISE), using Softerra LDAP Administrator 2.5, I get an
error [32]No such object.

Did I just missed something??? Should I do something between the
installation of the package and the building of the configuration file? (I
know that the DB, and other required libraries are being found). Is there
something that I should do with SASL? I'm kinda confused.

Thanks a lot for your help.
