can not access Users in samba.schema

Hi,
     I  add soem entries about samba.schema to LDAP servers, but I
can not access these entries, the reason is that bind failed of invalid 
credentials, I don't know why,
for example, I add

dn: uid=peter,ou=Users,dc=syroidmanor,dc=com
objectClass: top
objectClass: account
objectClass: posixAccount
cn: tom
uid: tom
uidNumber: 500
gidNumber: 100
homeDirectory: /hometom
loginShell: /bin/bash
gecos: User
description: User
userPassword: peter

and I bind server with 
user DN: uid=peter
simple: peter

but this failed, so I confused.
