Fetch saslauthd from CVS
(http://bugzilla.andrew.cmu.edu/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/src/sasl/saslauthd/)
or just get lak.[ch] and auth_ldap.c and recompile.  Compile is failing on
client side caching code which is no longer available in the openldap api.
