Re: slapd running under daemontools?

We got it working. I'm not that familiar with daemontools other than just
using it. I can look up a config file if you want me to, though, just let
me know which one you might need. We're on Redhat 7.3 I believe. Someone
else set it up...

Is it possible to run slapd under daemontools? I have tried per. the
daemontools faq:

ln -s /usr/local/libexec/slapd /service/slapd

according to the faq: the service "slapd" is suppose to start within 5
seconds but its not starting at all.

Thanks in advance.
