ldapsearch
Hi..
I have been trying to get this working for quite some time .I have two ldbm db\'s both belonging to one single tree .this is how the database definitions in my slapd.conf look like
database ldbm
suffix \"ou=inactive,o=myroot\"
rootdn \"cn=Manager,o=myroot\"
rootpw unfldap
directory /usr/local/ldap/ldbm_inactive
database ldbm
suffix \"o=myroot\"
rootdn \"cn=Manager,o=myroot\"
rootpw unfldap
directory /usr/local/ldap/ldbm
I have some users under ou=inactive,o=myroot .I would like to retrieve the information under ou=inactive by simply giving the search base as \"o=myroot\". I\'m not able to do that becos the databases are different. Can someone help me with this..
regards
Kannan
