Mozilla & OpenLDAP

Mozilla is displaying <LDAP initialization problem> in the To: field when it
tries to use my LDAP server to perform name completion. I checked the logs
and the following appears:

Mar  4 18:46:39 linux slapd[2445]: conn=8 fd=7 closed

I use Mozilla 1.2.1... I am going to try with the latest beta of Mozilla and
see if that works but if anyone has any ideas as to why this could be
happening please let me know.
