Migration of Exchange contacts to OpenLDAP-----HELP

Hi guys,

These are the whole fields extracted from Exchange contacts.I am too dumb to 
think a way to get this into openLDAP.

I need your suggestions.
Any kind of idea is appreciated.

Or am I asking too much  :)
