AD4Unix & LDAP

Ok, so I've looked everywhere to try and find the AD4Unix package.
All the links point to www.css-solutions.ca, which, unfortunately is no longer up meaning that I can't get the package.
I was curious if anyone out there would be so kind as to forward me a copy, or point me to a mirror where I can obtain it.

Any help in this regard would be ever so helpful.
