Separate the fields you want to modify with a dash "-"
dn: uid=myuid,ou=MyGroup,o=MyCompany
changetype: modify
replace: userPassword
userPassword: openldap

replace: sn
sn: Lastname
-
replace: mail
mail: test@test.com
