Function Not Implemented
Hi all,
I have installed Oracle 9i on my system which is running on
HP-UX11.
Oracle 9i comes with LDAP server. I loaded customise schema.
I am able to create an entry into directory server.
I am able to search an entry from directory server through cn, from a
Linux system running OpenLDAP
ldapsearch -h oraclehost -b 'ou=myobject,dc=ldap,dc=mycom,dc=com'
'cn=pandry'
cn=pandry, ou=myobject, dc=ldap, dc=mycom, dc=com
objectclass=myobject
objectclass=top
objectclass=organizationalUnit
residentialnumber=123456
servicenumber=654321
ou=myobject
cn=Pandry
I had added a couple of new attributes, residentialnumber and
servicenumber, into my customised schema. When searched for these new
attributes, LDAP search fails returning the following error:
result: 53 DSA is unwilling to perform
text: Function Not Implemented
ldapsearch -h myoraclehost -b 'ou=myobject,dc=ldap,dc=mycom,dc=com'
'servicenumber=654321'
version: 2
#
# filter: servicenumber=654321
# requesting: ALL
#
# search result
search: 2
result: 53 DSA is unwilling to perform
text: Function Not Implemented
# numResponses: 1
What can I do to solve this. Can someone guide me on this.
