What's mean of this error code ???

Hi all，
   I started ldap server with TLS/SSL,but got the following error message:

$ slapd -d 256 -h "ldap:/// ldaps:///" 
daemon: socket() failed errno=97 (Address family not supported by protocol)
daemon: socket() failed errno=97 (Address family not supported by protocol)
slapd starting


What's mean of this error code?
Can anyone give me some tips or hints?

And the ldap server is running ,I can search information from it by normal style(NOT TLS/SSL style).
for example:
$ldapsearch  -b "o=delta" -s sub "(objectclass=*)" -x
(...get right results...)
