sorry, the answer was for 2.1 ...

did you configure with  --enable-ipv6=no ?

for 2.0 you may try -h option to slapd but I do no longer have any
2.0 systems to test this and never used it. check man 8 slapd for
a description.

there also was some discussions on -bugs for (ITS#2132) which may help
you to resolve your prob. See Lists archives for Oct.

or simply do man 8 slapd:

       -4     Listen on IPv4 addresses only.

       -6     Listen on IPv6 addresses only.
