-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I am using OpenLDAP 2.0.25 and have an attribute snTnCN which is defined to have DirectoryString syntax. Now I have the following line in my LDIF file: <snip> SNTnCN:< file:///home/nardmann/openldaptests/huego_mueller.utf8 <snip> This file has been attached. It just contains "Hügo Müller". When doing the ldapadd based on the LDIF file I get - ---------- adding new entry "<snip>" ldap_add: Invalid syntax additional info: SNTnCN: value #0 invalid per syntax ldif_record() = 21 - ---------- I already switched slapd to full debug (-d 65535) but did not get anything useful. What am I doing wrong or is this maybe a bug? - -- Heiko Nardmann (Dipl.-Ing.), h.nardmann@secunet.de, Software Development secunet Security Networks AG - Sicherheit in Netzwerken (www.secunet.de), Weidenauer Str. 223-225, D-57076 Siegen Tel. : +49 271 48950-13, Fax : +49 271 48950-50 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iEYEARECAAYFAj1ZJLoACgkQpm53PRScYyhkfgCdF85lhWlrIZy7hM6Ia50tXOvK kigAn1E5IdhJSpFa5apTXFtNEdJx7n5D =kvFj -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
