password problems

Gurus,

I know i posted this previously, but now have a handle on what is going
wrong. Solaris 8 when attempting to change the password of a user using the
/bin/passwd command I get a segmentation fault. This has only started
happening when re-configuring pam.conf to use the pam_ldap.so.1 libs. It
looks like the passwd command has problem. Anybody experienced this. Did you
find an answer.
