ldappasswd + Invalid credentials

Hi all,

I want to change password with ldappasswd but I beccome a  Invalid
credentials


What's going wrong ? I'am sure that I typed in the right oldpassword and
newpassword .  

 ldappasswd -x -D "cn=akoerner,ou=a,ou=Professional Service,dc=iqdoq,dc=de"
