Netscape address book question

On my linux boox i use this command,

ldapsearch -x -b 'ou=company, dc=company, dc=com'  -D 'uid=140, 
ou=company, dc=mydomain, dc=com' -W
i give the right password and i have the good result (all fields (mail 
attribut...)

I would like use address book in Netscape
How have i configure it in properties ?

Description : XXX
Server LDAP : hostname
Server Root : ou=school, dc=gide, dc=net

Port number : 389
User :  ?
Password : ?
