Sorry ,  I wrote in a wrong language.

You can add the option -c. It tells
to the command ldapadd to continue
processing the ldif file
in case of some problem.

 ldapadd -D "cn=root,o=linuxdomain.es" -w ldap -f -c
 /usr/local/etc/openldap/linuxdomain.es.ldif -x
