How to add a subtree

Hi all

Can any body tell me how to add  the  subtree  'Sanjose'  to the
following  setting in my  slapd.conf file.

suffix          "o=Cali,c=US"
rootdn          "cn=Manager,o=Cali,c=US"
rootpw    123
