LDAP backup

Am I doing backups properly ?

tar -czvf backup_May-16-2002.tar.gz /var/lib/ldap/*.dbb

Is anything missing besides my slapd.conf ?

replogfile /var/lib/ldap/replication.log
directory       /var/lib/ldap/
loglevel 4
...
