use of my OID
Hello,
I'm a little bit confused with the use of my OID. I obtained a OID from
IANA, for example 15247. Now I want to built a schema file. I already looked
at http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin/schema.html and I got more confused.
Let us say I want to define a new objectclass. Does my tree start like this:
1.3.6.1.4.1.15247.1
1.3.6.1.4.1.15247.1.1
1.3.6.1.4.1.15247.1.2
1.3.6.1.4.1.15247.2.1
...
or like this:
1.5.2.4.7.1
1.5.2.4.7.1.1
1.5.2.4.7.1.2
1.5.2.4.7.2.1
I have no idea how to start. I would be pleased if someone could show me the
way. Thanks
